A month ago today, Bruisers played its closing show at the Catalyst!

It has been humbling and exciting to receive a continued positive response to the performance. For today, I won't dwell on that - I already have. 

Instead, some Bruisers announcements!

First...

A live audio recording of our performance of Bruisers is now available to stream on YouTube! Spotify & Apple Music to come next week.

For anyone who missed the live performance, or are following us from outside the Tucson area (Hi, K.O.!), this recording features near the entire show. Each number has been cut and EQ'd from a single audio source, so, it's imperfect, but it's still an enjoyable way to listen to the songs done well by our cast. 

We hope you enjoy! I'm especially enjoying the recordings of "Take Me Down" and "Majoring In Art". If you have a favorite, or have other thoughts about the songs and their contents, let us know at rigbytheater@gmail.com - can't wait to see what you think.

In addition, we'll be releasing the full, unedited libretto and conductor's score of Bruisers...

on this website, free of charge.

We've had a few requests to perform certain songs in Bruisers for competition or recital purposes, which is often the case for song cycles. We'd love to make them as easily accessible for performance as possible, so we won't be charging for these materials. More information to come - stay tuned!
